At Chemist Warehouse Optometry, we want you to love your new frames. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your eyewear within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unworn condition.

Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a return authorization number.

Pack Your Frames

Place the eyewear, original case, and cleaning cloth securely inside the original packaging along with a copy of your return authorization form.

Ship to Our Warehouse

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized postal service location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
